“I have an adult foster home with 5 mental health residents. I have worked with a staff person who now works CCS for the past 4 years. In that time she has always been compassionate, honest, hard working, professional and has a great sense of humor. In my 30 years of being a provider I have dealt with many mental health professionals, this provider is the only one that has always gone beyond the call of duty at all times. She does the work of several people, and manages to always be there when we need her. One main accomplishment is that no matter our problems, sometimes small and sometimes huge, she takes the weight off of us caregivers’ shoulders and handles it. I have never heard the words “I can’t” out of her mouth. My residents all love her as well as us. I only know a few other foster home facility owners and it has always been a saying that “if so and so does not know ask her” If she doesn’t have the answer she finds it.
